Extension of Temporary SIXPAD Station closure
Dear Members,
Your health is our top priority. We are following the regulations announced by the government of the HKSAR. We will be extending the temporary closure of SIXPAD Station and plan to resume operations on 8 May, 2020 (Fri). We will review the latest situation and keep you closely updated through our official social media pages and communication channels.
To ensure your interests are protected, we will implement the following with regard to your membership service plan and training classes during this closure period.
1. Regular member service plan will automatically be frozen.
Your monthly service plan and autopay will automatically continue to be frozen in May 2020. For any paid monthly fee in March 2020 with unredeemed classes, the usage period will be automatically extended to 31 May, 2020.
2. Flex member service plan validity will once again automatically be extended by 30 days.
If there are any other policies issued by the government, we will change our plan accordingly.
Our priority during this closure period is to keep you healthy. We strongly recommend that you incorporate at least 30 minutes of exercise every day to keep your immunity up.
